We are a Guntur practice, five hours or so away by road. For Hyderabad clients that means a remote engagement — which suits portal-based compliance work well, and suits some other things badly. Both are set out below.
We reply within 15 minutes during Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm.
Our office is in Koritepadu, Guntur. Hyderabad is 270 to 300 km from here by road, depending on the route — five hours or so each way. We are not going to describe that as "serving Hyderabad" in the way a firm with an office in Madhapur can.
What we can do is run your compliance properly from here, because almost all of it is portal work that does not care where either of us sits. What we cannot do is be in a room in Hyderabad this week. If that matters to you, the next section says so before you spend time on us.
We would rather lose the enquiry than take work we will do worse than someone down the road from you. Pick a local firm if:
If none of those apply, the distance stops mattering quite quickly.
This is the part that makes Hyderabad genuinely different from our Vijayawada clients, who are in the same state as us. Telangana is a separate tax jurisdiction from Andhra Pradesh, and three things follow:
If you operate in both states, that split is worth an hour of conversation before anything is filed. It is cheaper to get the registrations right than to unpick them.
From tax year 2026-27, Hyderabad is one of eight cities where the HRA exemption can reach 50% of basic salary instead of 40%. Rule 279 of the Income-tax Rules, 2026 added it to the list, with Bengaluru, Pune and Ahmedabad, alongside Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai. The exemption exists only in the old regime, so run the old vs new regime comparison before you choose.
Not a ticket queue and not a reception desk. Most questions are settled in that thread the same day.
You should not be the one remembering GSTR-3B. We work backwards from your due dates and ask for documents before it is urgent. Our compliance calendar shows which dates apply to your entity type and turnover.
Photographs of invoices are fine. A Tally backup is fine. We have yet to meet a record-keeping system we could not work with.
A good deal of departmental correspondence is written, and we handle that from here. Where a personal appearance is genuinely required in Hyderabad, we will tell you plainly whether travelling makes sense or whether you are better served by someone local for that one step.
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filed on time, every cycle, with reconciliation against your books and your suppliers' filings.
Read the guide →The right ITR form, the right regime, and every deduction you are actually entitled to — filed before the deadline, not on it.
Read the guide →AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC and the rest of the annual calendar — filed on time, because the penalties here accrue per day and do not stop.
Read the guide →Incorporation through the MCA's SPICe+ route — name approval, DSC, DIN, PAN, TAN, EPFO, ESIC and bank account, in one integrated filing.
Read the guide →Books kept properly through the year, so that filing season is a formality rather than a reconstruction exercise.
Read the guide →Assessment orders, reassessment notices and penalty proceedings — answered properly, within the window, with the record built for the appeal that may follow.
Read the guide →GST registration is deliberately not in that list. It is the one service where a physical verification can be ordered at your premises, so we would rather talk it through first than put it forward as routine remote work.
