Privacy Notice

What we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, who else handles it, and how to have it corrected or deleted. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Who is responsible for your data

Vedanthh Business & Investment Advisory Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U69202AP2025PTC121565), of D.No. 4-7-142/1, Floor-2, Beside Kodanda Ramalayam, Guntur 522007, Andhra Pradesh. Under the Act we are the data fiduciary for anything you send us through this website: we decide why it is collected and how it is used.

What we collect, and when

WhatWhen
Your name, mobile number and the service you need When you fill in any enquiry or call-back form
Your email address and city Only if you choose to give them — both are optional
The message you write If you write one
The page you sent the form from, and the time Automatically, with every form
A one-way scrambled form of your IP address (a hash — not the address itself) When you use the chat assistant, so it cannot be flooded
A session cookie On calculator pages, to protect their forms from forgery
Which page you viewed, the date, the name of the website you came from (for example "google" — not what you searched for), and whether you used a phone, tablet or computer On every page, counted anonymously so we can tell which pages are useful

How we count page views. We count them ourselves, on our own web server. The count stores no IP address, no cookie, no time of day and nothing else that could identify you or link one visit to another — which is also why we cannot tell how many different people visited, only how many pages were viewed. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not count your visit at all.

We do not use any outside analytics, advertising or tracking service, and the only cookie this website sets is the session cookie above.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, and to follow up on it. That is all. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not send you newsletters you did not ask for, and we do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our office. Each handles your data only to do that job for us:

  • Hostinger — hosts this website and our office email. Your enquiry is stored on their servers and emailed to our inbox.
  • Our own office server — enquiries are copied there so our team can track and respond to them.
  • OpenRouter and DeepSeek (AI processing, outside India) — each morning an automated assistant reads new enquiries and writes a short summary for our team. To do that, your name, mobile number, service, a summary of your message and your email are sent to an AI model provided by DeepSeek, reached through OpenRouter. These providers are outside India. Your details are used to produce the summary, not to advertise to you.
  • Telegram — that summary is delivered to our owner and our developer through Telegram.
  • Google — this website loads its fonts from Google, the map on our homepage is a Google Map, and the video thumbnails come from YouTube. Each of these means your browser contacts Google, which receives your IP address. The map may also set Google's own cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while we are responding to you and following up. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will, except where a law requires us to keep a record. If you become a client, your records are then kept for as long as tax law requires, which we will explain when you engage us.

If our spam checks stop a form from going through, what was typed into it is kept for 30 days — so an enquiry caught by mistake can still be found — and then deleted automatically. It is not added to our enquiry list or used for anything else.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete it.
  • Withdraw your consent. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it — one message is enough — and we stop using your data from then on. It does not undo anything we lawfully did before you withdrew.
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or are unable to.

To do any of these, email info@kiranadvisory.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9989249031. Please tell us the mobile number you used, so we can find your enquiry. We will respond as soon as we can, and in any case within the time the DPDP Rules allow.

If you are not satisfied

Tell us first, using the contact details above, and give us the chance to put it right. If you are still not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page before the change takes effect. Last updated 12 October 2026, to add anonymous page-view counting.
